My story in a few lines:

My passion for IT started early...

At the age of 8, I received my first computer — a 386 running DOS... Windows hadn’t even been released yet! Before long, I learned how to format and reprogram it on my own, no longer needing the family technician.

Even before finishing my studies, I started working with a local computer shop, providing consulting and technical support. Soon, I was entrusted with assignments in companies in central Milan, where I solved IT problems in office environments.

My career then evolved into computer repair and support for a well-known multinational laptop manufacturer. There, I received advanced training in server administration, cybersecurity, and IT management in international teams — a path that eventually led me to work directly in the data center of the company’s Swiss headquarters.

Thanks to the skills I’ve acquired — further strengthened by official certifications from Google (IT Support) and Microsoft (Azure Security), along with training in corporate procedure standards (ITIL) — my profile caught the attention of one of the world’s leading banks, which entrusted me with a key role in managing their technological infrastructure.

Today, I use my experience to support small businesses and freelancers by offering reliable, secure, and customized IT solutions. From data protection and GDPR compliance to backup strategies, I help my clients manage and safeguard their information in the most effective way possible.

My goal is to bring the same professional and effective strategies used in large-scale environments to smaller operations.

These are tried-and-tested methods that ensure long-term data security while also complying with customer privacy regulations.

📍 I operate in Northern Italy and provide on-site consulting, including in Ticino (CH). My remote services are available worldwide, thanks to my fluent English skills.
